Refund and Cancellation Overview

All products are brand new and come without warranties unless specified. Refunds and exchanges are only available for items damaged in transport. Pre-authorization by Clo-X is required for all returns and exchanges. Shipping charges are covered only for damaged items. Refunds are processed after the damaged item is returned. Customers must contact Clo-X within 2 business days of receiving the shipment for return arrangements. Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection, and refusal may occur for damaged or incomplete items.

Typographical Errors:

Clo-X aims for accurate pricing but may make occasional mistakes. In case of incorrect pricing or information due to typographical errors, Clo-X reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders. If an order is cancelled after payment, a credit is issued.

Pricing Disclaimer:

Pricing is subject to change due to market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other circumstances.

Payment Method:

Clo-X accepts payments via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Google Pay, PayTm, and PhonePe.

Refund & Shipping Policy:

Returns:

The refund policy is 7 business days, applicable only for damaged products with proof provided through email. Returns are not accepted after this period. Eligibility requires the item to be unused, in the original condition and packaging. Certain goods are exempt from return.

Refunds:

Once the return is received and inspected, an email notification is sent regarding approval or rejection. If approved, the refund is processed, and a credit is applied to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, contact cloxcloset@gmail.com., and the pickup process will be initiated through the shipping partner.

Shipping:

Products are shipped within 4-5 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund. The time for the exchanged product to reach the customer may vary. COD or freight-collect shipments are not accepted without authorization.
